Official Rules and Regulations: Great Gums Clinical Grade Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR:
   This giveaway is sponsored by Great Gums,601 California Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94108.
   
   
2. ELIGIBILITY:
   The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Great Gums, their immediate families, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
   
   
3. ENTRY PERIOD:
   The entry period begins on January 1, 2024, and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
   
   
4. HOW TO ENTER:
   To enter, participants must leave a review for a Great Gums product on the designated platform during the entry period. Limit one entry per person. Multiple reviews by the same individual will not count as additional entries and may result in disqualification.
   
   
5. PRIZE:
   One (1) winner will receive a Great Gums Clinical Grade toothbrush valued at $200. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
   
   
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
   One (1) winner will be selected at random on or about April 7, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email provided during the review submission process. The winner must accept the prize by responding to the notification email within 5 business days. Failure to respond within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
   
   
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Great Gums and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or receipt of the prize.
• By entering, you grant Great Gums the right to use your name, likeness, and review in promotional materials without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. PRIVACY:
   Information collected from entrants is subject to the Great Gums Privacy Policy.
   
   
9. GOVERNING LAW:
   This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
   
   
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
    Great Gums is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or errors that may arise during the entry process.
    
    
11. SPONSOR’S RIGHTS:
    Great Gums reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for reasons beyond its control.
    
    
12. WINNER LIST REQUEST:
    To obtain the name of the winner, email info@getgreatgums.com with the subject line: Review Request Winner Q1 2025. Requests must be received by May 31, 2025.
