Survey Promotion Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Great Gums One survey promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Great Gums and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
To enter, complete the survey by Friday, 11/22, at midnight PST. Each participant may enter only once. Multiple entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.
3. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a free Great Gums One toothbrush. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $29.95. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4. Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/2 from all eligible survey entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Notification:
The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within five days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within five days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Release of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Great Gums and its affiliates from any liability or damage arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
7. Privacy:
The information collected in the survey will be used solely for internal purposes and to administer this Promotion in accordance with Great Gums’ Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions:
Great Gums reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason. Any attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion will result in disqualification.
9. Governing Law:
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
