Even the very first use left my mouth, particularly my gums, feeling noticeably cleaner. Added bonus that toothpaste sludge is a thing of the past. I want a rechargeable version, though: I don’t like buying a product that’s only available as what amounts to a disposable battery.

what kind of sorcery is this great gums toothbrush?!?!? no sound no hard bristles and I get a cleaner feeling than the oral b io brush after a super quick brush?? I was super skeptical specially since the brush was so soft and turning it on just seems to turn on some lights. But WOW it magically cleaned my teeth much better than any brush before and in half the time than recommended. I've had to had deep cleanings in the past at the dentist, I'm a horrible flosser and can't stand brushing for that long. This brush is my answer to my troubles!! I thought getting the most expensive Oral B IO brush would do it for me but this is a million times better. Can't wait to see what the dentists says next time I visit!

I noticed a big difference in my gums after recently recovering from a gum infection. After the first use and with each subsequent use my gums were less swollen and sensitive. I was amazed! Got on the website and discovered that an electric toothbrush was available which I immediately ordered.

Like the soft bristles, and the concept of bioelectricity. Too soon to tell on effect, since it’s only the first month of use. However, I see no bleeding gums.
I really like the timing - quadrant - pulsing. Overall good quality brush and seems to do a good job with the sonic motion.

It no longer turns off after 4-30 second runs. It continues to run the 30 second on and off. I have to hold the button down to shut it off..
I prefer my electric toothbrush
I've only had the Great Gums toothbrush for a couple of weeks. That's too soon to show any noticeable results. I hope that this is not yet another "magic toothbrush" scam - there are a LOT of those.
Cleans with less effort. Below the gum line. Softer brush my gums are loving it
Looks like brushing my teeth with this will cost $360/5 years. Pretty steep. But the main thing is that I can see no way to tell if the battery is dead or not or if it is actually doing anything. I think I'll keep it and try it out. Then, maybe my opinion will change. I'm used to things that are rechargeable or use replaceable batteries. I don't want to generate battery landfill on a regular short-term basis. I get that the bristles will wear out, but who knows when.
